Is the window cleaning robot actually back in stock?+
Yes. All six configurations are in stock and shipping now — Auto Water Spray (CCJ-14) and Dry Clean (CCJ-01), each with US, UK or AU plug. Choose your plug type at checkout and it ships within 1–2 business days.
Will it fall off my window?+
Not if you use the safety rope, which is included. The robot holds on with continuous vacuum suction, and two backup batteries keep that suction running even if mains power cuts out mid-clean. Anchor the rope to a fixed point indoors before you start on anything above ground floor — it takes ten seconds.
What windows does it work on?+
Flat, framed glass: standard windows, sliding doors, glass balustrades, shower screens, mirrors and glass tabletops. It struggles with leadlight, heavily textured or curved glass, and panes smaller than roughly 20 x 20 inches — it needs room to turn. Measure your smallest window before you order.
Do I need the water spray model?+
For exterior windows, yes — road dust and weather need fluid to shift them. For interior glass, mirrors and shower screens, the dry-clean model does the same job for the same price. Both are in stock.
How long does shipping take?+
