Before you order
How fast do you ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you get a tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Typical delivery is 5-12 business days depending on where you are.
What if I don't get on with it?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for any reason at all. You do not need to justify it to us - if it isn't right for your home, that is reason enough.
Which plug will I get?
Where a product offers plug options you choose yours on the product page - US, UK, AU or EU depending on the model. If a product lists only one plug type, that is what ships. Check the plug option before you order.
Why is everything glass or stainless steel?
Because a non-stick coating is a consumable pretending to be a permanent surface. Heat it daily for a year and it does not stay where you put it. Glass and stainless don't need a coating to do the job, so there is nothing to flake, chip or break down.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Twelve months against manufacturing defects on every unit we sell. If something fails inside that window, contact us and we handle it - you are not chasing an overseas factory.
Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Yes, and for the bigger machines we would rather you did. Tell us your kitchen size, your windows or your floor area and we will tell you honestly whether the product suits - including when it doesn't.
