Commercial Cleaning Robot — Autonomous Floor Scrubber & Sweeper
One machine that cleans the floor while nobody is watching
Cleaning contracts are expensive, hard to staff and hard to keep consistent. The Cleantop Commercial Cleaning Robot is an autonomous floor scrubber and sweeper built for the buildings where that problem is worst — office towers, shopping centres, hospitals, airports, warehouses and campuses. It maps the space, decides its own route, and runs the overnight shift without a person in the building.
Sweeping and scrubbing happen in the same pass, so the floor is dry and finished behind it.
What makes it different from a large robot vacuum
- It cleans at commercial scale. A 45 L dustbin and a 60 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery mean it keeps going through large-area shifts rather than tapping out after one floor.
- It moves between floors on its own. Elevator control and gate linkage let it call the lift, cross access-controlled doors and clean a whole building unaccompanied.
- It sees, not just senses. AI image recognition and autonomous decision-making let it identify obstacles and spills and adjust rather than bumping and reversing.
- Drop & Go. No mapping session required for a first clean — put it down, press once, and it works out the space as it goes.
- Disinfection module available. An optional add-on for healthcare, aged care, food handling and any site with a hygiene audit to pass.
Where it earns its keep
Office lobbies and corridors · shopping centre concourses · hospital and aged-care floors · airport and transit terminals · warehouse and logistics aisles · school and university campuses · hotel back-of-house · supermarket aisles.
As a rule of thumb, if you're currently paying for more than roughly fifteen cleaning hours a week on hard floors, an autonomous scrubber is worth pricing against that contract.
Managed from your phone
Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, app-based remote control, scheduling, live status and OTA firmware upgrades. You see what was cleaned, when, and for how long — which matters when you have to prove a service level to a tenant or an auditor.

Frequently asked questions
Does someone need to supervise it?
No. It is designed for unattended operation, including overnight. Staff involvement is emptying the bin and refilling water.
How long does it run per charge?
Runtime depends on floor type, soil level and how much scrubbing versus sweeping the route calls for. The 60 Ah LiFePO4 pack is specified for full commercial shifts, and the robot returns to its dock and resumes automatically if it needs a top-up mid-route.
What floors does it handle?
Hard floors — tile, vinyl, sealed concrete, polished stone, epoxy. It is not a carpet machine.
Can it clean multiple floors of a building?
Yes. Elevator control and gate linkage let it move between levels and through controlled doors on its own.
What does the on-site demonstration include?
A technician brings the unit to your site, runs it on your actual floors, commissions the routes and trains your team. You see it work in your building before it becomes your problem to run.
