How many people does 8L feed?
Four comfortably. It takes a whole chicken, or enough chips for a family meal in one go rather than in batches.
Does the glass lid get hot?
Yes, like any oven door. Use the handle, keep it out of reach of small children while it's running, and give it time to cool before cleaning.
What are the eight presets?
One-tap programs for the most common cooks - chips, chicken, fish, steak, vegetables, baking, reheat and dehydrate. You can also set time and temperature manually for anything else.
Which plug does it come with?
This model ships with a US plug and is rated 110V. If you need another plug type, the Masterchef Glass Airfryer offers EU, US, UK and AU.
Can I leave it running unattended?
It has automatic shut-off and overheat protection. As with any heating appliance, we would not leave it running in an empty house, but you do not need to stand over it.
