12 months on everything
Every Cleantop appliance is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. No registration required — your order confirmation is your warranty.
What's covered
- Motor and suction system failure
- Heating element and thermostat failure
- Control boards, touch screens and remote controls that stop working
- Battery packs that fail to hold charge within the warranty period
- Sensors, drive wheels and tracking systems
- Manufacturing defects in glass bowls, housings and seals
- Power adapters and cables
What isn't covered
- Wear parts. Cleaning cloths, cleaning rings, brushes and seals wear out with use — that's their job. Replacements are available.
- Accidental damage. Drops, impacts, and glass broken after delivery.
- Misuse. Running a window robot without the safety rope, using abrasive or solvent cleaners, immersing electrical parts in water, or running an appliance on the wrong voltage.
- Unauthorised repair. Opening the housing or having a third party service the unit voids the warranty.
- Commercial use of household products. Domestic appliances used in a commercial setting are covered for 3 months rather than 12.
- Cosmetic marks that don't affect function.
How to make a claim
- Email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and a short video or photo showing it.
- We'll reply within one business day. Many faults are diagnosed and fixed remotely — a firmware update, a pad reseat, a reset sequence.
- If it needs replacing, we ship a replacement part or unit. You don't pay shipping on a valid warranty claim.
A video is worth ten emails. If the robot won't hold suction or the fryer won't heat, thirty seconds of footage usually tells us exactly what's wrong.
Commercial equipment
The commercial cleaning robot carries 12 months on the unit and 24 months on the lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with on-site service. Terms are confirmed in writing at commissioning.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights available to you under consumer law in your country. Nothing here removes a remedy you're entitled to by statute.
