Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, and to the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Plug type is a selectable option on every mains-powered product — choose yours at checkout so you don't need an adapter.
How much is shipping?
Free on all US orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–20 business days. Large commercial equipment is scheduled directly with you.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Do I pay customs or duties?
US orders have no additional duties. International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & warranty
What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, for any reason, provided the item is in resalable condition with its packaging. Full details on our returns page.
What does the warranty cover?
12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal household use. See the warranty page.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the box and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace transit-damaged goods — you don't pay return shipping and you don't wait for an investigation.
Window cleaning robots
Will the robot fall off my window?
Not if you attach the included safety rope, which you should always do above ground floor. The robot is held on by continuous vacuum suction, and the backup battery keeps that suction running even if mains power cuts out mid-clean.
What windows does it work on?
Flat, framed glass: standard windows, sliding doors, glass balustrades, shower screens, mirrors and glass tabletops. It struggles with leadlight, heavily textured or curved glass, and panes smaller than roughly 20 × 20 inches.
Do I need the water spray model?
For exterior windows, yes — road dust and weather need fluid to shift. For interior glass, mirrors and shower screens, the dry-clean model does the same job for the same price.
How long does a window take?
A few minutes for a standard household pane. The robot follows a planned route rather than wandering, so the time scales predictably with the size of the glass.

Air fryers & PFAS
What are PFAS, and why do you avoid them?
PFAS are the family of compounds used to make non-stick surfaces non-stick. They're called forever chemicals because they don't break down. Rather than argue about how much of a coating migrates into food, we sell air fryers that don't have a coating — glass and stainless steel cooking chambers only.
Is a glass air fryer harder to clean?
Glass wipes clean with warm soapy water and doesn't stain or hold odours. What it won't do is let you drag a metal utensil across it — but neither should you do that to a non-stick basket.
What size air fryer should I buy?
4–5 L for one or two people. 8 L for a family of four or a whole chicken. 12 L for five or more and batch cooking.
